Upgrading TinyMCE

If TinyMCE itself needs to be updated:

• Download the latest version of the Self-Hosted Release.

• Extract and copy the tinymce/js/tinymce dir to nexus-wysiwyg/public/tinymce

• Test it

• Commit and tag the new version of the package as described
